Outstanding Training Center is one of the first professional microblading training center in New York City. We have been providing skincare and microblading training to our students since 1990. Many alumni are now excelling in their careers as estheticians, microblading artists, lash artists and even instructors. Our mission is to transform our students into confident and knowledgeable practitioners in the beauty industry. We also hope to inspire and assist our students with creating a successful business of their own.

Terry’s Team at Outstanding
Terry’s Team refers to the team of beauty professionals who are instructors at Outstanding Training Center. With over a decade of experience, we are a group of estheticians, microblading artists, and lash technicians. More importantly, we are teachers who are committed to creating the next generation of beauty professionals. In addition to introducing fundamental concepts and sharing industry insights, we also guide students throughout our practice sessions - recognizing that practice is the key to mastery. Whether you are new to the beauty industry or hoping to improve your current skills, we are here to help you achieve your individual goals. When we are not teaching, we are providing services at our sister spa, Liwei Beauty (located right next door)!
